In the beginning there was a simple and ingenious idea: to show the time in words. "Thought it over a hundred times and then lost attention of it, remembered again, made drawings but put them away after a while". Born in Schwäbisch Gmünd, QLOCKTWO inspires the world.

The two friends Marco Biegert and Andreas Funk start to work on their first joint art projects in their home town Schwäbisch Gmünd.

Various experiments in different segments of art create a broad spectrum, which is united in the context of the present and in the conscious experience of the moment.

In 1999 the two friends founded an agency for communication and design. The business is going well and at the same time, during their spare time, they artistically deal with the subject of time and existence. Guided by these thoughts, the art project QLOCKTWO develops over many years.

First manufactured QLOCKTWO are presented to the public in Stuttgart.
