The delivery is carried out according to the information on the delivery period deposited in the article information. The aforementioned delivery period begins in the case of payment in advance from the time of receipt of payment on the account of QLOCKTWO Swiss GmbH, in the case of payment by PayPal or credit card immediately on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the last day of the delivery time shown in the item information on the item detail page.

Unless otherwise requested by the buyer, QLOCKTWO Swiss GmbH will use the cheapest shipping method available via DHL, UPS or other parcel delivery companies. The purchaser shall bear the additional costs incurred by a special shipping method requested by him (e.g. express shipping). QLOCKTWO Manufacture GmbH will inform the buyer about these costs on request. The price including sales tax and applicable shipping costs will also be displayed in the order overview before you submit the order.

Please note that delivery to a Packstation is currently not possible.
